These draft terms govern access to the private pre-launch MarsStay website. They are not final booking or supplier trading terms, and must be reviewed with the final legal operator details before public launch.
1. Intended users
MarsStay is being developed as a business-to-business service for organisations arranging accommodation for project teams and for professional accommodation operators. It is not currently offered as a consumer leisure-booking service.
2. Requests are not bookings
A search, AI-prepared brief, enquiry, provisional option or property submission does not create a booking or guarantee availability. A booking exists only after the property, dates, price, taxes, payment position, cancellation terms and authorised approval have been confirmed in writing.
3. Accuracy and verification
MarsStay takes reasonable steps to separate imported or provisional information from verified facts. Users must check important details before relying on them. Accommodation partners must provide accurate, current and authorised property, availability, pricing, photo and terms information.
4. Automated assistance
Automated tools may structure requests, extract details, identify missing information and prepare comparisons. They may make mistakes. They must not be treated as confirmation of availability, price, suitability, safety, payment or booking. Human approval remains necessary where indicated.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorised information;
- upload material you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access another user’s drafts, workspace, photos or records;
- interfere with security, availability, rate limits or service operation;
- use automated extraction or bulk requests without written permission.
6. Photos and listing content
Accommodation partners retain ownership of their material and grant MarsStay permission to store, review, format and use it for property verification and relevant project matching. Nothing is published or booked automatically from a partner submission.
7. Payments, cancellations and supplier terms
Payment, deposit, card authorisation, cancellation, refund, extension, tax and supplier-commercial terms will be shown in the applicable quote or agreement. Where those specific terms conflict with these website terms, the specific confirmed terms govern that transaction.
8. Availability of the service
Pre-launch features may change, pause or be withdrawn. MarsStay will take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Do not use the pre-launch service as the sole record of urgent accommodation, safety, payment or access information.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the final public terms will define appropriate business-to-business limits for indirect loss, lost profit, loss of opportunity and reliance on unconfirmed information. Those limits are not final in this pre-launch draft.
10. Intellectual property
The MarsStay name, interface, software, written content and original design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service for its intended purpose.
11. Law and contact
