MarsStay is designed to help project teams compare accommodation using operational facts—not invented listings or unverified promises. This page explains the controls behind the service.
Human-controlled decisions
AI may help structure a brief, identify missing information and explain approved options. It cannot independently contact a supplier, approve a commercial scenario, publish a proposal, confirm a booking, cancel a stay or move money. Those actions require an authorised person.
Property facts and evidence
Property information is stored with its source, verification status and freshness. Unknown information remains unknown. Contradictions and expired evidence prevent customer-ready use until reviewed.
- Separate permanent beds are distinguished from temporary sleeping arrangements.
- Parking claims can include dimensions, vehicle types and access restrictions.
- Price and availability are specific to the requested dates and can expire.
- Mandatory failures cannot be hidden by a high overall match score.
Commercial transparency
MarsStay calculates supplier cost, customer total and margin separately inside the protected operations workspace. Customer proposals show the approved customer price, important conditions, limitations and freshness—not internal supplier costs or margin.
Secure proposal and supplier links
Quote requests and customer Decision Rooms use scoped, expiring links. Access is rate-limited and recorded. A customer accepting an option creates a supplier-reconfirmation task; it does not create a booking by itself.
AI boundaries
AI output is advisory and may be incomplete. MarsStay records the operation, prompt and schema versions, source fingerprint, validation result and processing outcome for governed internal AI runs. Sensitive decisions remain deterministic or human-approved.
Privacy and data minimisation
MarsStay requests only information needed to source, compare and manage accommodation. Rooming plans use anonymous worker labels by default. Private supplier files are not exposed publicly. See the Privacy Notice for rights, retention and contact information.
Current provider status
No live NextPax or Booking.com provider connection is claimed. Provider readiness is recorded separately from working status, and live network calls remain disabled until commercial, legal, security and credential requirements are approved.

Report inaccurate property information, a security concern or an accessibility issue to info@marsstay.com. Include the MarsStay reference where available, but do not send card details or passwords by email.
